Monemvasia 2010

Monemvasia is a medieval town and fortress located on a small peninsula off the east coast of the Peloponnese in Greece. The peninsula, a kilometre long, is linked to the mainland by a short causeway. Occupied in the Middle Ages by Byzantine, Venetians and the Ottomons, it is very easy to let your imagination roam in Monamvasia's beautiful townscape.
